1. Who we are
Jumpy Prince is developed and published by Jumpy Studios ("we", "us", "our"). Contact us at hello@aarontua.com.
2. Licence agreement
iOS. Jumpy Prince is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). Jumpy Studios is the licensor.
Android. We adopt the terms of Apple's Standard EULA as the licence for Jumpy Prince on Android, with Jumpy Studios as the licensor, Google Play in place of the App Store and its services, and Google LLC in place of Apple where the Standard EULA refers to the store operator. Your use of Google Play is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
3. Additional terms
These terms apply in addition to the licence agreement above. If they conflict, the licence agreement takes priority.
3.1 Virtual items
- Coins, chests, restarts and cosmetic items are a licence to use content inside the app. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money, transferred or sold.
- Chests award a random item. The odds of each rarity are shown in the app before you open a chest.
- Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and their refund policies apply.
3.2 Online features
- Do not cheat, use modified versions of the app, exploit bugs, or interfere with other players or our services.
- We may remove leaderboard entries or restrict access to online features if these terms are broken.
- Online features may be changed or discontinued at any time.
3.3 Governing law
These additional terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights in the country where you live.

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Trademarks
Apple and the Apple logo are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries and regions. App Store is a service mark of Apple Inc. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.
